Passii accepts

Clothes, handbags, shoes, women's accessories that meet the following standards:

  • Products that have no signs of use have been washed and dried
  • Products are not more than 5 years old
  • Products are suitable for the season, weather, current trends
  • Products belong to domestic and foreign brands in the mid-range and high-end segments

Passii does not accept

High-value jewelry, men's fashion and/or men's accessories. Or:

  • Clothes, handbags, shoes, women's accessories clearly showing signs of use (pilling, tearing, shedding, fading, shrinking, stretching, or stained with unremovable dirt)
  • Products with missing size information; damaged or missing details (belts, zippers, attachments), or wet, smelly products
  • Products 5 years old or older
  • Products with unclear origin, counterfeit goods

Higher pricing

  • Passii will prioritize good pricing for products that have invested in design, using organic materials from domestic brands with a freshness of at least 90%. Domestic brands that are sought after at Passii may include Gia Studios, Subtle Le Nguyen, Nosbyn Studios, Lơ Boutique, Cosette, Decos, aeiestudios, WEPHOBIA, Huulala, etc.

Lower pricing

  • Products from fast fashion brands (Shein, Boohoo, prettylittlethings, etc.) or products from popular brands with unclear origins.  Other notes

The brand name or label is not necessarily a priority at Passii. To be listed for sale, all products must meet the quality standards above.

Sets of clothes sent to Passii will be sold separately to increase the sales rate of the products.

When registering for consignment with Passii, you can choose 2 options for handling the remaining items after the consignment period:

  • Option 1: Donate to Passii (no fee)
  • Option 2: Receive the unsold items (+100,000VND insurance fee)

Currently, Passii only supports changing option 2 to option 1 (no refund).

The selling price is determined by Passii based on the transaction history and factors related to the market demand at the time of sale with the goal of helping your items sell the most with the highest possible value that the product can achieve in the shortest possible time.

Selling Price (Price)

  • The selling price of the product will be determined by Passii
  • The selling price will be based on sales history, season, market demand to help your items sell as much as possible


  • Earnings refer to the percentage of the selling price of the product that you will receive. The amount you will receive will be indicated on the Passii quote and will be calculated as a percentage of the selling price. In some cases, the selling price may have some discrepancies due to the application of taxes or fees by third-party service providers to support sales.

When will I receive payment for my consignment ?

Passii will transfer the payment within 14 business days (to process and update returns from buyers) from the end date of the consignment period.

For example, if you confirm the quote on October 1, 2022, the consignment period will end (30 days unless you request an extension) on October 31, 2022. Passii will proceed with payment on November 18, 2022. Passii will send an email 48 hours in advance to notify you that the consignment is about to expire so you can confirm the end of consignment and wait for payment or extend the consignment according to your needs.

After 48 hours and two reminder notifications without receiving a response from you, Passii will convert the cash proceeds from sales into Passii Xu in your Passii account, and the remaining clothing will become Passii's property. Therefore, to protect your rights, please make sure to respond to Passii within the specified 48-hour timeframe.

When you choose consignment with no Return Fee, all clothing items that do not meet the standards or are not sold after the consignment period will become the property of Passii, and Passii has the right to resell them to third parties such as individuals or fabric recycling facilities or sell them at a very low price through wholesale programs to clear inventory. Passii is not obligated to pay the seller for these products. If you do not agree with this processing method, please choose consignment with Return Fee to ensure that all unsold or substandard products after the consignment period will be returned to you.

  • Case 1: Cancel registration after submitting a request but have not sent clothes to Passii.

You can send a cancellation request through the confirmation email or call Passii Hotline (+84) 33-713-5354 to request cancellation. Passii will cancel the order for you upon receiving the request.

  • Case 2: Cancel registration or request to receive clothes back after receiving the quote and/or the product is currently listed for sale.

Passii will process the cancellation request and return the product to you. A cancellation fee will be applied depending on the stage of the order processing. Passii will send you the cancellation fee details via email when receiving the consignment cancellation request from you. The cancellation fee does not include the shipping fee for returning the product to you. If you cancel during the period when the product has already been listed for sale, Passii will send you the remaining products after they are sold and calculate the earnings up to the cancellation date. The substandard items will only be returned if you choose consignment with Return Fee Guarantee.

Online Orders Related

Passii always supports and provides flexibility in exchanging and returning products purchased online.

You can send a request to exchange or return the product within 24 hours from the time you receive it. Passii will calculate this 24-hour period based on the time the delivery unit notifies that the order has been successfully delivered. Please note that Passii will not process exchange or return requests sent to Passii after the specified time frame.

Passii accepts returns for any reason. Passii will refund you in cash or Passii Xu corresponding to the value of the product you return to purchase other products on .

Passii refunds in cash for the value of the product and the return shipping fee in the following cases. 

If the product has one or more of the following issues:

  • The product is frayed.
  • The product is torn.
  • The product sheds.
  • The product is discolored.
  • The product shrinks/stretches.
  • The product's zipper is broken.
  • The product's belt is missing.
  • The product has other damaged/missing details (attachments, bows, buttons).
  • The product is stained and cannot be washed.
  • The product's color is faded/yellowed.
  • The product is scratched.
  • The product's authenticity cannot be determined.

Passii refunds Passii Xu equivalent to the value of the products you want to exchange (excluding the return shipping fee) in the following cases:

  • If you want to exchange or return for other reasons not mentioned above.

To exchange or return a product, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Within 24 hours of receiving the product, please notify Passii through  or email (directly reply to the email address that sent you the invoice).

Step 2: Send the product back to Passii at the address provided by Passii after receiving the exchange/return request.

Step 3: After receiving the product, Passii will check for product defects to compare with the reason for the exchange/return. Passii will refund you in cash or Passii Xu within 10 working days after receiving the product and checking the condition of the product matches the exchange/return reason.

For orders within Ho Chi Minh City:

  • Standard shipping: you will receive your order within 2-3 business days.
  • Express shipping: You will receive your order within 24 hours (except Saturdays, Sundays & holidays)

For orders in other provinces/cities:

  • Standard shipping: You will receive your order within 3-4 business days.
  • Express shipping: You will receive your order within 1-2 business days (except Saturdays, Sundays & holidays)

Passii uses the shipping service of GiaoHangNhanh. In some cases, the shipping time may be delayed or changed due to reasons from the shipping unit. Passii always tries to get your order to you as soon as possible, but if for reasons beyond Passii's control, your order may be delivered later than expected, Passii hopes for your understanding.

Don't forget to apply your discount code (if any) when shopping with Passii.

To apply a discount code when shopping, please follow these steps:

Step 1: After selecting to proceed to payment and entering the shipping address, at the order confirmation step, find the "I have a discount code" section.

Step 2: Click on "I have a discount code" and enter your discount code in the discount code box.

Passii is oriented to become an online second-hand consignment and shopping channel, however, Passii still has partner locations to display products so that customers can choose and try on the spot. If you are in Ho Chi Minh City, you can come to Passii showroom at Floor 1, The Joi Factory - Alley 212B (100m in), Nguyen Trai Street, Nguyen Cu Trinh Ward, District 1. You can see the  map  here.

The shop is actually a brand owned by CDR JSC, which is why money transfers are made to the company's account. Like any other business, CDR must fulfill its tax declaration obligations, so the invoice must separate the value of the goods and the tax.

Passii confirms that the prices of products displayed on the website already include VAT, and that all products and customer services listed on the Passii website are priced to include tax. At checkout, you will see a separate tax amount of 10% of the displayed price.

For example, if you see a Uniqlo shirt on the Passii website for 100k, the invoice will be 90k + 10k, not 100k + 10k. The shipping fee of 25k will also be separated into 22.5k + 2.5k.

In summary, the price you see is the price you will pay. At checkout, you only need to add the shipping fee, and no other costs.

Can I pay with Momo ?​

Passii has now integrated the Momo payment gateway, making it easier for you to use the Momo app linked to your bank card for payment. All orders paid through Momo at Passii are accepted. However, as a mini startup, Passii is still in the process of completing the payment page, but rest assured that the issue only lies in the interface and payment is still stable.
