Return policy


We genuinely hope that your Passii purchase brings you joy. However, if it doesn't meet your expectations or you have a change of heart, you have a 14-day window to return it to us for a full refund. Regrettably, if more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we won't be able to offer you a refund.

Starting from January 20th, 2024, Passii will only issue Passii Xu (shopping credit) as a refund. Passii Xu can be used for future purchases on our website but cannot be converted into cash.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition with the Passii tag and SKU information still attached. If the tag has fallen off, please include it in the return package, as items received without tags are not eligible for refunds.

To initiate a return, please utilize our Passii Returns Portal and complete the provided form. You will need to provide your order number and email address. While we will issue a refund in Passii Xu regardless of the reason for your return, we would greatly appreciate it if you could provide feedback on why you are returning the item so that we can enhance our service and improve the overall customer experience.

Please note that you are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item.

Once we receive your return, we will meticulously inspect the items and send you a confirmation email. Please allow up to 7 days for this process during busy periods.

If your return is approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied as credit to your Passii account's e-wallet.
