The data collection mainly on the website passii.vn includes: full name, address, email, date of birth, payment and/or delivery address, phone number, gender. This is the information that we need customers to provide when registering an account, or contacting to purchase to protect the rights of customers.

In all remaining cases the customers’ personal information will be kept confidential on our server. In the event that the personal information is suspected of being fake, violating regulations or without login interaction for six (6) months, such information will be deleted.

‒ CDR JOINT STOCK COMPANY.

‒ State agencies when required to provide customer information in accordance with the law.
6. Means and tools for users to access and correct their personal data.
‒ The customer has the right to check, update, correct or delete his/her personal information by himself/herself by logging into his/her account and correcting the personal information or upon his/her request;
‒ Customers have the right to send complaints about the quality of goods and delivery time to the Board of Directors of the Company. When receiving these feedbacks, the Company will re-confirm the information, in the event that the customer's feedback is correct, depending on the extent, we will take timely measures.

The Board of Directors of the Company is not responsible for and will not settle all complaints related to the interests of that customer if it considers all the personal information which that customer provided during the initial registration to be incorrect
