Sell With Passii Process
Pack your items
Please don't forget to write your order code on the package so Passii can identify it.Retry
Shipping information will be sent to you via email. Additionally, Passii will create a Zalo group to provide you with quick support after receiving your consignment order.
Confirm quotation
Passii will process and send the quotation to your email within 5 working days.
Confirm sales report & get paid
After 45 days of consignment. Passii will send the sales report via email and process the payment within 14 working days upon your confirmation.
Before proceeding with your checkout, please ensure that you are aware of the following:
Sell with Passii Terms (Summary)
a. Consignment packages
- Assurance Package (with fee): Get back unsold or rejected items. Non-refundable fee, shipping excluded.
- No-Assurance Package (free): Items not returned; Passii reallocates them.
b. Quotation
- Sent within 5 business days.
- “Amount” = your payout, not retail price.
c. Listing
- Items go live only after your confirmation.
- Adjustments allowed within 48h.
d. Payment
- Bank transfer – within 14 business days.
- Passii Xu:Passii Xu – +30% bonus, within 48h.
- Donation – 100,000 VND/order to your chosen charity.
e. Payout Range
- <100k: fast fashion (40–70k)
- 100–200k: mid-tier, local phổ thông (120–180k)
- 200–500k: local designer, emerging & mid-tier international brands (250–450k)
- 500–1000k: local & international high-end (700–900k)

f. Order Confirmation
- Check your email (including Spam) for order code.
- Write it on your package or send a parcel photo if missing.
g. Shipping
- Consignors cover shipping.
- Compact packaging required; bulky containers not accepted.
h. Language
- Automated emails follow your browser language (EN/VN). Contact support to change if needed.
i. Agreement
- By placing an order, you accept Passii’s Terms & Conditions.
Terms & Conditions (Complete)
a. Consignment packages
a. We have three (2) consignment options available:
(1) Assurance (fees based on the quantity of products you choose): Choose this option if you want to receive unsold items and rejected consignments. Shipping fees are not included.
NOTE: The assurance fee WILL NOT be refunded under any circumstances, even if you do not continue with consignment after Passii has processed the products and sent a quote. Please take note and choose the appropriate consignment package.

(2) No Assurance (fee 0đ): Choose this package if you do not wish to receive old clothes back at the end of the consignment period. We will find new homes for them. There are no additional fees for this option.
b. Quotation
b. You will receive a quotation within 5 working days (excluding weekends and holidays). Please note that the "Amount" mentioned in the quotation refers to the money you will receive when the item is sold, not the sales price of the items.
c. Listing
c. Passii will only list your items for sale on the website after receiving your confirmation of the quotation. Feel free to provide Passii with your suggestions regarding pricing or the amount you wish to receive for each item within the 48-hour adjustment window.
d. Receive Payment:
Passii has three (3) payment options available
(1) Cash (via bank transfer): Passii will process payment within 14 working days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation on the Billing Passii sent via email. The 14-day window allows Passii to handle any returns that may occur after the Billing is sent to you as the seller.
(2) Shopping credit (Passii Xu): In the case you choose to be paid in Passii Xu instead of cash, you will get an extra 30% of the total you see on the Bill. For example: If your Earning is 1.000.000 VND in cash, you will receive 1.300.000 VND in Passii Xu. Passii will process payment within 48 hours for Passii Xu option.
(3) Donation:
- Passii will promptly donate 100.000VND for the organization of your choice among our Charity Partner for each Sell With Passii order of yours. You will not receive a payout for items in your Donation Kit.
- Passii will make the Donation to our Charity Partners on the 15 of every month. Passii is responsible to provide proof of donation to you via email once the donation is made and the Charity Partners issue receipt of donation.

- Your payout depends on product condition, item state (new/pre-owned), seasonal popularity, and market demand

- For select brands or celebrity partnerships, Passii offers special partnership commission rates (outlet/new stock), which may differ from individual resale rates..
- You will never be charged (or receive credit) for items that do not sell.
- We will declare the amount you will receive on each item when sold in the Draft Quotation(s).
- Your earning amount will not be affected when there is any change in the sales price when the items are listed on our platform meaning if there is a discount on your listed item, your earning remains the same.
f. Order Confirmation
After completing your Sell with Passii order, please check your email (including the Spam folder) for the confirmation and order code. Write this code on your package so Passii can easily identify it. If there are any issues during shipping or if you forget to write the order code, you must send Passii a photo of the package for future reference
g. Shipping
g. Consigners are responsible for shipping costs, including delivery to Passii and return shipping when the consignment period expires (if you choose the insured consignment package). Please ensure careful packaging and keep your phone accessible for quick and convenient pickup. To save warehouse space, Passii encourages you to use lightweight, compact packaging (paper bags, vacuum-sealed bags, rice bags, plastic bags, etc.) and avoid bulky, high-value packaging methods (suitcases, leather bags, backpacks, etc.). Passii is not responsible for storing, maintaining, or returning bulky packaging items such as suitcases, leather bags, backpacks, etc.
h. Language
The language used in automated exchange emails will be English or Vietnamese based on the browser language you used when registering your Passii account (If your browser is in English, the system will automatically send emails in English, similarly for Vietnamese). Therefore, if you need to change the email communication language, please don't hesitate to contact our Customer Service team for support.
