Job Description
- In-store consulting & sales: greet customers, understand their needs, suggest outfit pairings, assist with try-ons, and close sales.
- Store floor operations: keep racks and displays neat, follow the store layout, and rehang items after customers try them on.
- Checkout & packing: confirm item count and prices, verify payment is successful before handing over items, and label bags with the order code.
- Merchandising support: steam/iron and hang new arrivals, check tags/prices, and separate items missing tags or needing inspection.
- Reviews & content support: encourage customers to leave Google Reviews based on the store program; help capture short UGC (photos/videos) with customer consent.
- End-of-shift reporting: summarize store status, pending tasks, missing supplies, and top-selling items.
Requirements
- Good communication skills; proactive and tactful (no hard selling).
- Strong discipline and integrity; careful with payments and reconciliation.
- Comfortable using a smartphone (taking photos/videos and sending reports).
- Interest in fashion/secondhand is a plus.
- Retail experience is a plus, but not required if you learn fast and have the right attitude.

Working Time & Location
- Store hours: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

2 rotating shifts (with overlap for handover):
- Morning shift: 09:30 AM – 03:30 PM
- Afternoon shift: 02:30 PM – 08:30 PM
- Day off: 1 day/week (employee chooses), not on Saturday or Sunday
- Location: Passii Đà Nẵng - 193 Lê Lợi, Hải Châu.
