[Full-time] [Da Lat] Passii Station Host (Operations & Community Management)

Work Location: Da Lat

Employment Type: Full-time (10:30 AM - 7:30 PM, Monday to Friday, weekend/holiday work when required by HQ)

Reports to: Warehouse Manager (HQ)

Job Objective

As a Station Host, you are the "face" of Passii Station in Da Lat. Your mission is to operate the station daily, welcome customers as a friendly host, ensure the space is always neat, products are always ready, and customers have a warm experience that makes them want to return.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operations & Sales

• Manage daily sales operations at the station
• Guide customers through consignment/buy-back processes
• Ensure the station is always clean with products beautifully displayed

2. Inventory Management

• Monitor inbound, outbound, and stock levels at the station
• Coordinate with HQ for product replenishment or rotation
• Check product quality before placing items on shelves

3. Community Care

• Welcome customers and engage in conversations to build connections
• Support organizing workshops, small pop-ups, and community events (when applicable)
• Gather customer insights to report back to HQ

4. Reporting & Coordination

• Report daily/weekly revenue and inventory intake
• Provide quick feedback on customer experience to HQ
• Coordinate with weekend Sales Staff to maintain stable operations

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail/fashion/customer service
• Excellent communication skills, friendly personality, and problem-solving abilities
• Basic proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
• Passionate about secondhand fashion, sustainable culture, and community
• Flexible to work some holidays/weekends when events occur
